Save the sound from a video as a standalone audio file: upload the clip and download its audio track.
The track can be copied as-is when formats allow, or re-encoded — at a decent bitrate the difference is inaudible.
Anything you'd do with a regular audio file: listen offline, edit, use as a voice-over source.
